The Cloud Resume Challenge is
a hands-on project designed to help you bridge the gap from cloud certification to cloud job. It incorporates many of the skills that real cloud and DevOps engineers use in their daily work.
The challenge charges each challengee to complete a series of steps that finishes with a copy of your resume hosted on a cloud service for all to view. Along the way learning about different services offered by said cloud service as well as some important concepts for those interested in working in cloud or DevOps oriented roles.
I am really interested in this challenge because I find the interworking of most cloud services enticingly complex. Once you learn each service I imagine it becomes easier and easier to understand, but right now, for my brain, understanding how everything works together and having those epiphany moments where things click should be very rewarding.
Due to its popularity and due to its wider market share, I am utilizing AWS to complete this challenge.
